Depending on your individual use case, Fink IT-Solutions offers different, tailor-made managed service packages. Thanks to our many years of experience, we know how to classify your company's IT issues.
The basic Bronze package is recommended for requirements in the development and test environment. Building on the Bronze package, we provide support for UAT issues in the Silver package. We drive your acceptance tests for full user acceptance.
With the Gold package, we finalise your requirements on the production environment.
The Platinum service class takes over 24/7 on-call support for you, so that critical issues are dealt with immediately.
In addition, we offer both the Gold and Platinum packages as an Extended variant. In Gold Extended and Platinum Extended, the operating hours covered are extended compared to the previous packages.
Operating mode times
Within the scope of Managed Service, we offer the following times in the packages in the following overview:
For the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, supervised operating hours apply from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. During this time, the employees are available for the customer by telephone, e-mail or via our ticket system. In the Platinum service class, there is an additional on-call service on weekends and public holidays to cover the 24/7 scenario. Do you have a critical business and need a longer supported operating time? Then the Extended packages for Gold and Platinum are just right for you. Within the framework of Gold Extended and Platinum Extended, we offer supervised operating hours from 6 am to 8 pm.
