The SAP Integration Suite is an Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) that allows you to quickly build and manage integrations of on-premise and cloud-based processes, services, applications, events and data.

The SAP Integration Suite is made available on your Business Technology Platform (formerly: SAP Cloud Platform) and can quickly automate business processes using preconfigured integrations and integrations you create yourself.

SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is the cloud-based middleware solution from SAP. SAP Cloud Integration helps you to connect cloud and on-premise applications with other SAP and non-SAP cloud and on-premise applications. SCI can process messages in real time, spanning different companies, organizational units or departments within a company.

The SAP Integration Suite combines the integration functions Process Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor and Open Connectors into a holistic and simplified toolkit for enterprise integration. In order to provide comprehensive middleware, these services are not available separately, but only as part of the Integration Suite service plan.

Surroundings

The CPI is executed in the Neo and Cloud Foundry (CF) environments. Integration scenarios that were designed in the Neo environment are also compatible in the CF environment with certain restrictions.
