Order and process cockpit
The offline-capable Order and Task Cockpit application is designed for technicians and maintenance workers in the SAP maintenance environment. It supports them in processing their maintenance orders.
A unique feature of this application is that checklists can be displayed and edited. These are represented as inspection lots via the PM/QM integration in the SAP ERP system. By creating instructions, specific orders or tasks can be generated that include qualitative and quantitative inspection characteristics. These characteristics are visualized as checklists in the mobile application. The checklist also allows for the entry of measured values and counter readings. The inspection results are recorded and documented in the QM document inspection lot. Follow-up actions can be defined in the SAP standard or customized according to specific requirements.
The user has the following options in the application:
- List view of relevant orders and tasks
- Display information about orders and/or tasks
- Display reservations for orders or tasks
- Display already posted material withdrawals for orders and/or tasks
- Display and edit checklists
- Display time confirmations for tasks
- Display measuring points of the functional location and equipment of the tasks
- Display and download order-related documents
- Display functional locations, equipment, and notifications of the order
- Display order and notification history of the functional locations and equipment
