Withdrawing Material Components

The „Mobile Material Withdrawal" application is designed for maintenance technicians and fitters working in the SAP maintenance environment. It supports them in their daily work on a mobile device, thereby replacing paper-based processes.

The offline-capable application transfers reservations for assigned maintenance orders to the mobile device. From here, the technician or mechanic can record goods movements on the go – regardless of whether they are planned or unplanned.

 

The following functions are available:

• Feedback on material consumption
• Planned and unplanned goods issues
• Account assignment to maintenance orders or cost centers
• Selection of maintenance orders and cost centers controllable via Customizing
• Filter and sort functions by storage location and reserved stocks
• Watch list for material withdrawals for which no maintenance order exists yet
• Support for batches
