Time Feedback

The application is aimed at IH technicians, fitters, and master craftsmen in the SAP maintenance environment. It supports them in their daily work on a mobile device, thereby replacing paper-based processes. The application can be operated together with FITSPM-4 from the FITS/Maintenance Suite or as a standalone app.

 

 

The following functions are available:

• Offline recording of time confirmations
• Overview of time confirmations for the logged-in user
• Entry of new time confirmations for a maintenance or service order task
• Entry of work centers and activity types
• Postprocessing of incorrectly entered confirmations in the SAP backend
• Automated correction of incorrect confirmations
• Updating to SAP HR configurable via standardized interface
• Extensive customizing for selecting relevant orders, tasks, and work centers
