Assign Process

The Task Assignment application is designed for foremen and supervisors in the SAP maintenance environment. It supports them in their daily work on a mobile device, thereby replacing paper-based processes. The application is used to assign tasks from maintenance orders to different technicians for further processing.

A special feature is that it supports the splitting of tasks, which means that tasks can also be assigned to several technicians.

The individual tasks can be scheduled for specific people or work centers.

Extensive customizing functions are available to provide users with exactly the data that is relevant to them and to control how scheduling is to be carried out.

 

In summary, the following functions are available:

• List display of orders to be assigned
• Various selection options (responsible work center, personnel number, maintenance planner group)
• Assignment of tasks to responsible persons or executing work centers
• Assignment of multiple persons to a task via task splits if a work task is to be performed by several persons
• Display and upload of documents and photos as well as storage via ArchiveLink
• Display of order components (reservations, purchase requisitions, etc.)
