FITS/Asset Management Suite

The FITS/Asset Management Suite covers individual steps in SAP maintenance processes according to the principle of role-based applications.
The FITS/Asset Management Suite was developed on the Neptune DX Platform.
In addition to the mobile mapping of processes through Fiori applications, this provides clear and intuitive SAPUI5 user interfaces. The provision of paper documents or complex transactions is no longer necessary. In addition, manual data transfer from paper documents to the SAP system is also eliminated.

The FITS/Asset Management Suite mobile software solution enables technicians and mechanics to work clearly and intuitively thanks to SAPUI5 user interfaces. Data and documents are available offline and are transferred incrementally to the mobile device. This type of data transfer enables high performance, as only new or edited data is transferred – rather than all data during each synchronization. This data transfer is bidirectional from the SAP system to the mobile device and vice versa.
The FITS/Asset Management Suite is device-independent, responsive, and can be used on iOS, Android, and Windows.

Role-based PM/CS applications
The role-based PM/CS applications provide each employee with views and functions appropriate to their role. For example, technicians are only provided with the orders and processes that are relevant to them for processing. Roles include, for example, “message processing,” which is made available to production employees and all maintenance personnel, or “task assignment,” which is more geared toward supervisors, foremen, or master craftsmen. The individual applications are provided on a responsive mobile launchpad, and the interface automatically adapts to the screen size.

Predictive Maintenance
Predictive maintenance enables you to reduce costs while increasing the availability of your machines, tools, and materials.
Fink IT-Solutions integrates various sensors and their data acquisition into your SAP system. The collected data is analyzed and further follow-up processes are started in SAP according to the set analytics logic.
