As part of the Growth Opportunities Act, new legal regulations will come into force on January 1, 2025, affecting all companies in the B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) sectors. Various transitional arrangements have been defined for invoice issuers for the years 2025 to 2027.

What is an e-invoice?

An e-invoice is a standardized electronic invoice format. An e-invoice is therefore no longer a PDF invoice.

You can send invoices to the following Fink companies as follows:

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH

Invoices:

- Within the transition period, you can send your invoices as PDF documents to the following mailboxes

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG           pdf-rechnung@fink-its.de
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH                   pdf-rechnung-fds@fink-its.de

- Each email may contain a maximum of one invoice in PDF format.

E-invoices:

- From January 1, 2025, you can send e-invoices in ZUGFeRD or XML format to the following mailboxes:

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG           einvoicing-fits@fink-its.de
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH                   einvoicing-fds@fink-its.de

- Each email may contain a maximum of one e-invoice.
