Migration to SAP DRC Cloud Edition for MBDA Deutschland GmbH
INITIAL SITUATION
The goal of the project was to transition from the Peppol Cloud to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Cloud Edition in order to ensure seamless invoice management across various MBDA Germany entities.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
MBDA Germany faced the challenge of updating its existing SAP DRC system for XRechnung, which was originally deployed via the Peppol Cloud App on the Neo environment.
This environment was to be discontinued by SAP by 2025, requiring migration to DRC Cloud Edition in the Cloud Foundry environment to ensure continued compliance and functionality.
SOLUTION APPROACH & ROLE OF FINK IT
Fink IT provided support as an implementation partner with its expertise in project management and technical implementation.
Initial implementation: Transition of existing systems to DRC Cloud Edition with minimal disruption.
Further development and rollout: After a successful initial implementation, continuous improvements were planned to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the Cloud Foundry environment.
Ongoing updates and adjustments: SAP and Fink IT ensure the continuous further development of the system to meet the future requirements of MBDA Germany.
