As part of the Growth Opportunities Act, new legal regulations will come into force from 1 January 2025 that will affect all companies in the B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) sectors. Various transitional regulations for invoice issuers have been defined for the years 2025 to 2027.

What is an e-Invoice:

An e-invoice is a standardised electronic invoice format. An e-invoice is therefore no longer a PDF invoice.

You can send invoices to the following Fink companies as follows:

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH

Invoices:

- You can send your invoices as a PDF document to the following mailboxes within the deadlines of the transitional regulations:

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG           pdf-rechnung@fink-its.de
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH                   pdf-rechnung-fds@fink-its.de

- An e-mail contains a maximum of one invoice as a PDF.

E-Invoices:

- From 1 January 2025, you can send e-invoices in ZUGFeRD or XML format to the following mailboxes:

• Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG           einvoicing-fits@fink-its.de
• Fink Digital Solutions GmbH                   einvoicing-fds@fink-its.de

- An e-mail contains a maximum of one e-bill.
